Land Asia Realty & Development Corp (LARDC), with the supervision of Land Asia Institute Philippine (LAIP) conducted a 2 days Certification Course as Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS) last February , 2011 There are 62 participants attended the 2 days Training conducted by no less than the Chairman of Land Asia Realtor Ric N. Inting.

The 2 days training divided into the following topics: Day 1: Overview of Condominium Project, Condominium Concepts, Opportunity in Buying and Selling Condominium, How to Market Condominium, Different Marketing Strategies in Condominium Selling. Day 2: Project Presentation- Avalon Condominium, Features & Amenities, Location, Sample Computation, Role Playing, Written Examination and Revalida.

The purpose of the CCS is to develop an elite group, specializing high end market specifically the Condominium market not only in Cebu but in a nationwide scale. The main objective is to develop a group who will concentrate selling condominium, to create vital role in the Condominium market in Cebu by increasing manpower and productivity.

To get the designation as CCS, the participants were required to pass the written examination and the Revalida and to sell 2 Condominium units in three months.
