It’s unilateral, When a Property Consultants / IRM / RRM is under suspension by the Company for any reason, the property consultants will forfeit all commission overrides that would normally be payable to them. Should a Property Consultants be investigated by the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) for any violations of the Real Estate practice or under MO. 39, resulting in a revocation of the property consultants license, the property consultants will be immediately terminated from LARDC. All commissions, overrides pending after the license revocation shall be forfeited by the property consultants.
