I was impressed and contented with the way our agent entertained and accomodated us when me and my wife planned to buy a house and lot thru the Pag-ibig Fund. I haven't met him before or known him. I only knew him thru the website i researched about real estate in Cebu. First, he brought us together with my family in the housing site which is located in Cordova(Summerville Subdivision). The day after, we decided to pay the equity and he also accompanied us. He maintains an open communication with us if ever there are problems but, none so far. Until the day that our housing loan was approved he also texted us. Also, as we encountered problem about opening a checking account, he accompanied us and referred to Sterling Bank. Nothing we can say bad to him. He was very accommodating and friendly. He is Mr. Raymond Ong.
